About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Departmental Leadership
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the Engineering department.
  • Supervise staff in routine repairs and preventative maintenance.
  1. Quality Assurance
  • Inspect all work to ensure it meets hotel and government specifications.
  1. Staff Development
  • Assist with the recruitment and training of engineering staff in accordance with hotel guidelines.
  1. Preventative Maintenance
  • Inspect areas to ensure preventative maintenance is scheduled.
  1. Contractor Management
  • Liaise with contractors to schedule work required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of engineering experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Good communication and writing skills in English.
  • Literate in the use of Microsoft Office and engineering tools.
  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
