Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Controls Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems and building controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, install, and maintain electrical systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
  • Work on various electrical projects, including residential and commercial installations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • NVQ or City & Guilds 2360 qualification is essential.
  • ECS card Building Controls Interrogator/Gold card is also essential.
  • 18th edition (preferable but not essential) and BCIA qualifications are desirable.
  • Testing and inspection 2391/2392 or 2394/2395 qualifications are also desirable.
  • A current driving license is required.
Salary and Benefits
  • The estimated salary for this role is £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm with overtime available.
  • 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
  • Additional 2 days for festive period and birthday.
