The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Analyst to join our Performance+ team at Incubeta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paid social and search campaigns across multiple digital channels. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and leverage your expertise to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid social and search campaigns across Google, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients independently and collaborate with senior team members on larger clients.
  • Support the training of new team members and mentor them to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients managed by Analysts.
  • Participate in team projects and contribute to the development of new strategies.
  • Proactively optimize and grow accounts to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and react to fluctuations in performance, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact campaign success.
  • Collaborate with clients to achieve their long-term growth objectives and explore new opportunities for growth.
  • Deliver presentations and reports to clients, ensuring clear communication of campaign results and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience in running paid social and search campaigns.
  • Proven client servicing skills and strong numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong interest in the digital marketing industry.
