Pertemps is seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join our client in a warehouse environment. This role will begin as a temporary position, with the possibility of extending to a permanent contract based on performance and business needs. The successful candidate MUST hold a valid Forklift license.

The Key Responsibilities of a Forklift Driver:

  • Receiving and storing goods, including loading and unloading vehicles
  • Conducting regular Forklift safety checks
  • Picking and preparing kits for installation teams
  • Managing stock levels, including participating in weekly and monthly stocktakes
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a similar warehouse role
  • Qualified and experienced in operating Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Trucks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility with working hours, including potential overtime
