Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective health and safety management systems to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address health and safety concerns, and provide guidance on best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance health and safety awareness and skills among employees.
- Provide expert advice on health and safety matters to management and employees.
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of OHSAS 45001 standards and regulatory requirements.
- Valid membership of IOSH and/or other relevant professional bodies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
