Salary

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our team in Rotherham. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking general cleaning duties in allocated areas of the college. This includes general cleaning operations, multi-surface cleaning, and using cleaning machines as trained and directed. The successful candidate will also ensure that buildings are ready for use each day while incorporating safe usage of cleaning products and equipment. Additionally, they will actively inform the wider Estates Team of any faults that could pose an issue for health and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need reasonable cleaning experience, ideally in an office environment. You must also hold or be willing to work towards L2 English and Maths (GCSE A-C/4-9 or equivalent) and Emergency First Aid at Work. You will be highly flexible and able to respond to quick changes in demands upon you, including responding to urgent jobs and supporting colleagues across the Estates/Facilities team.

Working with Us

Working as part of the Cleaning team, you will work with your colleagues under the direction of the wider Estates team to ensure that all necessary cleaning duties are undertaken and RNN Group buildings are maintained to a high standard at all times. You will report to the Cleaning Supervisor.
