Job Title: Desktop Motor Engineer

About the Role:
Red Recruitment is seeking a skilled Desktop Motor Engineer to join our client, a leading provider of motor engineering services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of motor inspections, evaluating and auditing estimates, and authorising repairs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee motor inspections to evaluate and audit estimates
Authorise repairs efficiently
Manage total losses, valuation disputes, and cases involving unrelated damage and complaints
Build relationships with repairers, business partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth processing of claims

Requirements:
Computer proficient with ability to easily adapt to new systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
