Fast Paced Stock Handler

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our stock team as a Fast Paced Stock Handler. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for processing stock quickly and efficiently, ensuring it is beautifully presented to our customers.
In this role, you will work closely with our coordinators and managers to achieve performance targets, while also providing exceptional customer service on the sales floor. Your strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
The ideal candidate will have perfect products available for online customers by accurately processing stock, meeting deadlines, and keeping operational areas clean and organized. Additionally, they will work in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process stock quickly and efficiently, ensuring it is accurately located, packed, and transferred
- Meet deadlines to deliver high-quality results and meet customer expectations
- Keep operational areas clean, tidy, and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve performance targets

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met.
