We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bodyshop Manager to join our team at Perfect Placement UK Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Automotive Bodyshop, ensuring that all vehicles receive the highest level of attention and care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of technicians to achieve first-time fix rates and maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the Bodyshop.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, insurers, and manufacturers to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Take responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the Bodyshop, ensuring that financial targets are met and exceeded.
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar role within an Accident Repair Centre.
- Strong knowledge of the workings of an Automotive Bodyshop and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Leadership qualities, supervisory skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge and skills, with a focus on vehicle repair and maintenance.
- A competitive salary and benefits package, including a starting salary of up to £48,000 pending experience, plus bonus earnings of up to £54,000 annual earnings.
