Job OverviewCategory Data Analyst – Rem & Spend

The Category Data Analyst – Rem & Spend is a key member of the Global Category Management team, reporting directly to the Executive Director Process & Performance. This role is responsible for analyzing rem, spend, and budget data, monitoring KPIs, and identifying revenue growth opportunities.

Budget Analysis and Forecasting

  • Conduct thorough budget analysis to understand current situations, gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Provide data analysis and key support to Category Managers to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Lead budget data analysis to improve forecast accuracy in collaboration with the Controlling team.

Declaratives Monitoring and Support

  • Prepare and present detailed reports and analysis on remuneration & spend declarations by suppliers.
  • Provide support to Suppliers on their declaratives to ensure quality and address challenges.
  • Collaborate with Procurement Business Support (PBS) and Digital teams.

Spend, Rem & Savings Data Analysis

  • Utilize advanced analytics to gather insights and inform strategic category management decisions.
  • Deliver and follow-up on Category Management KPIs linked to spend, rem, and savings.
  • Collaborate with Digital teams (HQ Tools, Data).

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive process improvement initiatives with Procurement Controlling, PBS, and Digital teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in data analysis to implement improvements within the organization.

Requirements

  • Business School / Master degree
  • Full working proficiency in French & English
  • Knowledge of GPO is a plus (for internal candidates)
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Ability to work in a complex and uncertain environment
  • Excel, SQL, PowerBi
