As a Support Service Provider, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse individuals and contribute to their overall well-being. Our team provides personalized support services to younger and older residents with learning disabilities, promoting independence, motivation, and social interaction.
The Job Description:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues
- Provide individualized support services to promote physical and emotional well-being
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for staff and clients
- Facilitate community integration and participation in leisure activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience as a care or support worker in the UK
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Salary: £11,500 per annum (approximate hourly rate: £22.31)
- Bank holiday pay at enhanced rates.
