Strategic HR Business Partner for Global Organisation

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Concept Resources, a global company making a positive impact in the world.
This role will provide HR support and guidance to specific business units, ensuring alignment with our organisation's HR strategy and adherence to UK employment law.
The successful candidate will be qualified to CIPD Level 5 or above, with demonstrable years of experience in a HR Business Partner role. They will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and UK employment law.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR support and guidance to specific business units, ensuring alignment with our organisation's HR strategy and adherence to UK employment law.
- Participate in, and support managers with, full case management on ER cases, e.g. underperformance, dismissals.
- Advising and aiding managers with all aspects of the company absence policy and supporting employees back to work.
- Support their outsourced monthly payroll.
- Deliver training to line managers to ensure they understand and comply with HR policies and Procedures.
Requirements
You will need:
- To be qualified to CIPD Level 5 or above.
- To have demonstrable years of experience in a HR Business Partner role.
- A strong understanding of HR best practices and UK employment law.
- To be proactive and efficient, comfortable working to deadlines and prioritising your workload effectively.
- To be able to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
