Salary: We offer an estimated annual salary of £120,000, including an enhanced UDA rate of up to £16.00 per unit. In addition, you will receive a joining bonus of up to £20,000.

Job Description: As a Lead Associate Dentist at Rodericks Dental Partners, you will play a pivotal role in leading our clinical team and mentoring junior dentists. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting clinicians on-site, participating in the mentorship scheme, and training colleagues as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this position, you must possess excellent clinical skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills. A deep understanding of dentistry, including orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, and implantology, is essential. Additionally, you should have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with flexible scheduling.
