Michelle Denny Recruitment is seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to manage high-value and challenging personal injury claims.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, managing a demanding caseload of complex and high-value Personal Injury claims.
As a Complex and Large Catastrophic PI Claims Adjuster, you will work closely with the Panel Solicitors to develop effective strategies, particularly for catastrophic or multi-track claims exceeding £100k.
Your role requires strong negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail, as you assess claims within agreed authority levels while maintaining a commercially savvy approach.
We are looking for a professional with proven experience in managing catastrophic or multi-track claims exceeding £100k, who is passionate about personal and professional growth and has a love for the insurance industry.
A competitive salary package of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional development make this an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
