About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of treasury management, including daily cash liquidity, forecasting, debt, and FX risk management, within a SOX control umbrella. This role will be part of the wider Business transformation project, implementing a new TMS S/4 Hana, and will be required to ensure stability of operation during this period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily liquidity of Group cash and global cash repatriation, ensuring an appropriate level of funding for all currencies.
- Oversee cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting, working with markets to understand trends and propose investment decisions of surplus funds.
- Contribute to Group Treasury projects, including the implementation of new TMS S/4 Hana, IHB implementation, and setting up new cash concentration structures in different jurisdictions.
- Support FX forecasting process and execute FX transaction hedging.
- Prepare monthly treasury management and financial reports.
- Manage current bank account structures, cash pool reporting, and arrangements.
- Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and support both internal and external audit requirements and walkthroughs.
- Develop and implement treasury policies and ways of working.
- Integrate acquired businesses into the region.
- Support statutory reporting, including preparation of treasury-related notes and disclosures.
- Streamline and improve treasury processes, reporting on increased efficiency, controls, and accuracy of information.
- Manage banking relationships.
- Support and develop Front Office Junior Treasury Analyst.
About You:
- Treasury qualified, preferably AMCT or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, with an interest in Treasury Qualification.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of Treasury experience, with experience in Front Office.
- Management experience.
- Solid technical Treasury skills.
- Liquidity and investment decision-making experience.
- TMS experience and implementation.
- Experience in FX risk, hedging, and trading platforms.
- Banking relationship management.
