The ideal candidate will have experience handling corporate commercial caseload, focusing on M&A transactions, share buy-backs, and group re-organisations.
- Assist in due diligence, business asset disposals and acquisitions
- Share restructuring and drafting corporate governance documentation
- Commercial drafting and negotiation
- Provide general commercial advice to companies, partnerships and sole traders
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law and excellent communication skills.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
