The Nursery provides care for the babies of our young parent cohort.

We are looking for a Baby Care Specialist to join our team and inspire students and families through creative and flexible approaches.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for babies and toddlers
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to create an enabling environment for children's development and learning
  • Inspiring students and families through creative and flexible approaches

Requirements:

  • A caring nature and excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration with professionals
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to undertake training)
  • Basic IT literacy

The estimated salary is £8,872 per year based on 15 hours per week.
