We are seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at a prestigious venue in Surrey. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role:
  1. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, F&B, and events.
  2. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. You will be accountable for maintaining brand and service standards, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including employee discounts, on-site parking, and access to the gym.

This is a full-time position, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life.

What We're Looking For:
  • A proven track record in hotel management, preferably at Head of Department level or above.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on staff training and development.
  • Familiarity with Opera and Micros systems is an advantage but not essential.
