Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Legal Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a varied and busy caseload from instruction to post completion with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and right to buy cases.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accurate and timely completion of conveyancing transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and regulations, and apply this knowledge to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing, preferably in a CQS accredited firm.
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and regulations, including the Law Society's Conveyancing Protocol.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
