Construction Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Carrington West. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with significant experience in managing complex infrastructure projects across the South and South East of the UK.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Project Planning: Developing detailed project plans outlining scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Team Leadership: Assembling and leading diverse project teams to achieve project milestones.
- Resource Management: Allocating and managing resources effectively to ensure project success.
- Budget Control: Monitoring and managing project costs to ensure adherence to the budget.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Contract Management: Working within the framework of approved contracts.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
