We are looking for an experienced Tendering Expert to join our team at Actemium Automation Nottingham. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial process and automation, with a focus on tendering and business development.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and managing tender opportunities: Identify potential clients and projects, and develop targeted tender responses.
- Leading tender teams: Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality tender submissions.
- Bidding strategy: Develop and implement effective bidding strategies to maximize win rates.
- Tender writing: Write clear, concise, and compelling tender documents that meet client needs.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automation systems, including Allen Bradley and Siemens industrial control systems. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
