Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our Digital Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our campus LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi services.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Network Infrastructure Manager to provide management and support for the Trust's wide and local area networks.
- Ensure high availability, security, and usability of the network, providing a seamless experience for users.
- Work closely with network engineers and associates to ensure routine work meets quality assurance standards.
- Act as a second-line escalation point for problems requiring assistance from network engineers and associates.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure effective implementation of network designs.
- Document network infrastructure as it is developed and maintained.
