Eventus Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join a reputable law firm based in the UK. This is a permanent, full-time position with flexible working arrangements.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Clinical Negligence Paralegal will be responsible for assisting senior lawyers in managing a caseload.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Conducting in-depth research and drafting legal documents
  • Liaising with clients and keeping them updated on the progress of their case
  • Handling administrative tasks such as file management, document organization, and scheduling meetings

Person Specification

Applications are sought from experienced Paralegals with a background in dealing with all aspects of Clinical Negligence matters. You will also have the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional telephone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
