Lead Inpatient Physiotherapist Opportunity

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inpatient Lead Physiotherapist to join our team at our Oxford hospital. As a key member of our physiotherapy department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy care to patients on their journey through treatment in inpatients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality physiotherapy care to patients on their journey through treatment in inpatients.
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary senior management team to ensure quality service onsite, while also championing central protocols and pathways.
  • Drive innovation and provide support on complex queries.
  • Support the Physiotherapy Department Manager with the clinical and operational management of the Inpatient Team.

Requirements:

  • A BSc or equivalent in a chosen field with extensive postgraduate experience of Inpatient Orthopaedic Physiotherapy.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Excellent clinical reasoning skills and the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload in an effective and timely manner.
  • Commitment towards the use of evidence-based practice and the ability to demonstrate excellent clinical skills in the chosen field.
