The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in managing financial operations, including cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and transactional duties. You will be responsible for preparing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, and for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's goals.

As a Chief Financial Administrator, you will play a key role in driving business decisions and providing strategic financial guidance to the company. You will work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and presenting management accounts and financial reports
- Developing and implementing financial strategies and policies
- Managing the annual budget process and forecasting
- Overseeing financial operations, including cash flow management and bank reconciliations

Salary Range: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
