Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team at Stagecoach Skye. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles to ensure they are in top condition for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques

Requirements

  • Engineering background with a vehicular slant (truck, haulage, automotive, plant, rail, farm)
  • Passion for great work with a great team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
