Job Description

We are seeking an experienced B2B Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Choice Associates Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to develop their sales skills in the chemical industry.

About the Role

This role will involve servicing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining a strong awareness of competitor status, market trends, and marketing techniques. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow product sales performance and profit.
  • Account Management: Service and further develop existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Maintain a strong awareness of competitor status, market trends, and marketing techniques.
  • Professional Development: Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years B2B sales experience in the chemical industry.
  • Degree qualification in chemistry or a related technical subject.
  • Experience/knowledge of the full 360 sales process.
  • Credible customer-facing skills, highly organized, and strong time management skills.
  • A tenacious and proactive self-starter with a genuine passion for sales.
