Job Title: Works Coordinator

Job Summary:

Circet IRE & UK is seeking a highly motivated and organized Works Coordinator to join our team in Dungannon, Co. Tyrone. As a Works Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in reviewing operational activity in relation to Quality Control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Progress orders through MIS, AFS, and Client Systems.
  • Validate orders and create estimates with associated synthetics.
  • Liaise with other departments to coordinate works completion.
  • Issue work to suppliers and contractors.
  • Review Quality and Compliance for Fibre & PIA Network.
  • Provide Quality Control advice and direction.
  • Ensure compliance and goal achievement of high build standards.
  • Conduct corrective action reviews and audits.
  • Work to PIA processes through necessary systems.
  • Assist with analysis of operational practices and reports.
  • Enhance company reputation through outstanding customer service.
  • Effectively manage and document issues/escalations.
  • Promptly identify working constraints that could impact objectives.
  • Ensure effective communication with staff and stakeholders.
  • Contribute new ideas and innovations.
  • Be highly self-motivated and willing to learn.

Knowledge Requirements:

  • Good understanding and practical experience in managing risk, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Good understanding of Quality & Compliance within PIA Network.
  • General knowledge of PIA Network.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
  • Customer and Delivery focused.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to improve working standards.
