The Domestic Floor Team Lead is responsible for ensuring high standards of comfort and cleanliness are maintained across the home. They lead and manage the domestic team, working on specific allocated floors, delegating work, reviewing quality, cleanliness and work performed in line with relevant policies. They provide feedback and support daily and in supervision and appraisals. They are responsible for the domestic team providing effective delivery of housekeeping services, as well as supporting other teams to ensure excellent standards and Health & Safety Regulations are met.
Key Responsibilities:

Working Hours:
Two week rotating rota will be as follows:
Week 1 = Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2 = Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Shifts will have Early starts - 7am to 3pm and Late starts - 10am to 6pm
