Kitchen Team Member

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a talented Kitchen Team Member - Production Chef to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness in our kitchen, while working alongside our passionate chefs to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
About the Role:We're looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and take on new challenges. As part of this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your cooking skills, work with recipes, and support the running of our kitchens. This position comes with a competitive salary, starting at £8.60 per hour for 16-20 year olds and £11.44 per hour for 21+ year olds.
During your time with us, you'll be working towards a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship standard. You'll receive a mixture of face-to-face and remote training sessions, including workshops and webinars, every 4-6 weeks. Additionally, you'll have regular reviews with your line manager and lifetime trainer to track your progress and provide feedback.
