About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembler to join our client's dynamic and talented team in Bury St Edmunds. As an Electronics Assembler, you will play a crucial part in producing high-quality electronic products that will be used in a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately interpret engineering drawings and instructions to assemble electronic components
- Operate electronics-related test equipment
- Utilize your high level of experience with Microsoft applications or equivalent
- Apply basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Follow written, oral, or diagram-form instructions to ensure the highest level of product quality
- Collaborate with your team to meet production targets and deadlines
- Report any issues or concerns to the relevant team members or supervisors
Requirements:
- A good standard of general education
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work
