About the Role

The Belfry Hotel and Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. You will be passionate about food and working with seasonal ingredients, with a focus on delivering high-quality dishes that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the highest quality ingredients and competitive pricing
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes, ensuring they meet customer preferences and dietary requirements
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
