Paradigm Housing Group is looking for a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our housing stock to the highest standards.

You will complete a range of maintenance tasks within your designated trade(s), ensuring that they are carried out to a high standard and achieving first-time fixes wherever possible. You will also represent the company in customers' homes with professionalism, courtesy, and care.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant qualifications, such as City & Guilds Part 1 & 2, NVQ2, or equivalent experience. You will also require proven experience as a plumber, including knowledge of water distribution, wastewater systems, and associated building codes and regulations.

A full (preferably clean) UK driving licence is required, as well as strong communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering excellence. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including a fully equipped van, fuel card, workwear, and an electronic tablet to manage your schedule.
