Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a mortgage advice service to clients, identifying and contacting potential clients, and gathering client information to make suitable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Mortgage Advice Service
  • Provide expert advice to clients on mortgage products and services.
  • Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Client Acquisition
  • Identify and contact potential clients through various channels.
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Documentation and Compliance
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
• Professional Development
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, technical, and legislative changes in the mortgage industry.
  • Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Proven track record as a Mortgage Adviser.
