Behaviour Mentor Role
We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support students in a school environment. The successful candidate will work with students who may have behavioural issues or require additional attention and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with students of all age ranges and abilities
- Provide support and guidance to students who require additional attention
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students
- Work closely with the SENCO and Inclusion Manager to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with students in a secondary school setting or a pupil referral unit
- Ability to relate to students well and act as a role model
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
