Job Title: Performance Measurement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Measurement Lead to drive our digital measurement programme forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative measurement strategies that deliver actionable insights and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Attribution Modelling

Design and implement advanced attribution models that incorporate machine learning and AI to ensure accurate and timely measurement of campaign performance.

Data Exploration & Innovation

Identify and leverage new data sources and techniques to uncover unique insights and drive business growth.

Collaboration

Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across media, planning, buying, and analytics teams to drive continuous learning and experimentation.

Tech Evolution

Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and evaluating emerging tools and platforms in the measurement domain, and lead the integration of these technologies into our measurement processes.

Education & Thought Leadership

Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for marketing practitioners and client leadership to drive adoption of best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing measurement, with a focus on digital measurement
  • Deep expertise in AI and data science, with hands-on experience in machine learning techniques
  • Proficiency in modern analytics tools, including R, Python, SQL, and advanced data visualisation platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to craft, implement, and evolve strategies in the analytics space
  • Strong experience in digital measurement practices, including lift testing, regression-based attribution, and MMM
  • Must have a strong media agency background
