Beauty Stylist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Stylist to join our team at Benefit Cosmetics UK in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. As a Brow & Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing brow styling expertise to our clients.

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets by building strong relationships with customers, demonstrating products, and offering brow treatments and makeovers.
• Provide expert brow services, including waxing, tinting, and tweezing, to ensure customers achieve their desired look.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring high standards of hygiene and housekeeping.
• Support in-store events and promotions, such as new product launches and charity initiatives, to drive sales and engagement.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a passion for beauty and cosmetics, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be comfortable working weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
