About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our students in Key Stage 3 and 4. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to provide individualized support and enhance student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the class teacher in planning, preparing and delivering lessons
  • Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional help
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree and relevant experience working in a UK school
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training and an enhanced DBS check
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff and parents
