Key Responsibilities
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information across our businesses. Your responsibilities will include overseeing balance sheet, profit and loss account, fixed assets accounting, legal entity recharge accounting, and supporting data. You will also be expected to comply with relevant policies while considering and escalating the adequacy and effectiveness of the business's controls.
- Shape the strategy and operating model for financial control
- Embed impacts of external and internal changes in policy and legislation on time
- Drive a continuous improvement culture within the team
- Maintain awareness of changes impacting the business, its products, and its financial performance
- Communicate effectively with global financial control teams

Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Financial Reporting Manager position will hold a professional accountancy qualification along with proficiency in accounting. You should have substantial experience working in a large multinational organisation within a financial services environment. Your ability to lead, motivate, and direct a small team will be essential to your success in this role. Furthermore, your in-depth knowledge of interlinked financial systems and accounting procedures will enable you to excel.
