About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Education Support Worker to join our team at Orbis Education and Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs associated with autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with autism, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Assist with educational and therapeutic activities, promoting learning and development.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to our high standards of care and quality.

Requirements:

  • Driver's license (essential for this role)
  • Qualifications and experience in care and education (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
