A highly skilled SENDCo is required to lead the provision for students with special educational needs at our prestigious primary school in Islington.

The successful candidate will manage and develop the SEN team, ensuring that all pupils receive the highest quality support tailored to their individual needs.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the SEN provision, collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop effective SEN strategies and support plans, and leading the SEN team to provide guidance and professional development for staff on best practices in SEN.

Applicants should have a National Award for SEN Coordination and experience working with children with a diverse range of special educational needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusion.
