Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of Proof of Deliveries (PODs) and ensure timely filing and storage.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers via email to resolve any issues related to PODs.
  • Source PODs from suppliers' websites or request them if not available online.
  • Meet individual client needs for PODs filing and ensure all company filing is in order.
  • Label and maintain relevant spreadsheets to ensure staff can locate documents when required.
  • Palletize filing and store it correctly within the warehouse.
  • Provide general assistance to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in an admin role within an office environment.
  • Good understanding and practical knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • 5 full years of educational/employment history with no gaps.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
