Job Title: A&E General Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated A&E General Nurse to join our team at RGH-Global Ltd in Barking. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:
  • Provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic A&E setting
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care and interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Requirements:
  • Current NMC registration - RGN or RMN or RNLD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
