Early Years Education Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a qualified Early Years practitioner to support a nursery and reception class in Rochdale. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and experience with the EYFS curriculum. This is a full-time position, starting ASAP.
The school we work with has a positive reputation among staff and pupils alike. They believe in providing equal opportunities for all children, regardless of background or ability. As a teaching assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the teacher and engaging with pupils in learning activities.
As an agency-employed TA, you will be expected to maintain the standards of a permanent member of staff. This includes strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, regular assessments of pupils, and the ability to engage in learning activities. You should also be confident in supporting pupils with Autism and non-verbal needs.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our Manchester team is available 24/7 for support and guidance. We pride ourselves on promoting positive behaviour and school experiences for all pupils.
