Principal Systems Architect

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with IT expertise to support a Government Critical National Infrastructure project.
The successful candidate will ensure configuration management and provide technical oversight on project progress and system performance.
The role requires model and advise on system architecture using systems engineering and industry frameworks, facilitate technical reviews, provide strategic consulting to optimize solutions, and manage risks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engage with clients and regulatory bodies offering expert engineering solutions and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage risks and ensure configuration management
- Provide technical oversight on project progress and system performance
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team at Leidos UK & EUROPE. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex systems that meet the needs of our clients.
You will work closely with our client-facing teams to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance, and access to flexible benefits.
