SEN Teacher Specialist

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SEN best practices and the ability to differentiate instruction effectively. They will be able to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN.
- Plan and implement engaging lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles.
- Collaborate with support staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to develop and implement effective support strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and independence.
Requirements: Estimated salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per year
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with SEN across different key stages.
- Strong understanding of SEN best practices and the ability to differentiate instruction effectively.
