Test and Validation Engineer

MILO Recruit is seeking a skilled Test and Validation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering Team, you will be responsible for executing the company's Test and Validation strategy, ensuring the deployment of effective testing techniques and supporting the development of new products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the company's Test and Validation strategy, performing component and product testing.
  • Conduct in-house and external Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing.
  • Provide support to the engineering team with pre-compliance and field testing, documentation, etc.
  • Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring adherence to specified timeframes, quality standards, certification requirements, and manufacturing specifications.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in product engineering, testing methods, and in-depth evaluation of product design and functionality.
  • Familiarity with general electronic PCB architecture, circuit design, and electronic components.
  • Experience in recording results, documenting findings, and report writing using Microsoft software.
