About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced property manager to support the Regional Manager with the day-to-day management of an allocated team. As a key member of the Remus Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the properties under your care. Your expertise in property block management, people management and H&S regulations will be essential in delivering excellent customer service and meeting the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of property management services, improving customer satisfaction and reducing risk.
  • Manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions to secure the best possible value for money.
  • Collaborate with the insurance department to investigate and resolve insurance claims, minimizing disruption to our clients and their businesses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including IT and technology protocols.
Requirements: Proven track record in property block management, people management and H&S regulation, full UK driving license and access to a car for work, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to lead and motivate a team, financial management skills and analytical ability.
