The Service Team Support role at Firecheck Contracts Ltd involves providing support to the Service Team, liaising with clients and the Engineering Team. This includes covering various functions within the departments when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide flexible support to the Service Contracts Department.
  • Promptly respond to client inquiries to prevent escalation into complaints, escalating issues to the Management Team as necessary.
  • Produce customer service quotations and reports as required.
  • Produce customer invoices.
  • Undertake general administration duties relevant to the position, including data entry and communication.
  • Manage engineer diaries, scheduling, and work re-arrangement.
  • Contract Reporting for the Service Team Leader and Service Operations Manager as required.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach.
  • Learn the roles within the Contracts/Service Department.

  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent written, oral, and numerical skills, along with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Strong attitude towards career development.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to oversee multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Able to work as a team member or independently when required.
  • Demonstrate understanding of financial matters and adhere to budgetary constraints.
  • Ability and desire to learn legal and regulatory compliance for the Fire Industry.

Competencies

  • Experience with Business Management systems (SimPRO, Job logic etc).
  • Ideal candidate has a proven history of success within a Customer Service environment.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
