Actuarial Consulting Role

Join Aon's team as an Actuarial Consulting Leader, responsible for shaping the future of actuarial life consulting in North EMEA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global team of over 500 specialists dedicated to our Strategy and Technology Group (STG).

As an Actuarial Consulting Leader, you will be responsible for developing life actuarial consulting propositions, liaising with existing clients, and developing technology solutions to solve client problems. You will also be expected to develop client relationships across North EMEA and Bermuda and leverage existing ones.

The ideal candidate will have a strong reinsurance background, with the ability to review term sheets and understand the market for complex transactions. They will also have a proven record of negotiating with reinsurers/clients to get the right outcomes.
